Villers V is a dry blonde beer with the characteristic of turbidity. At 5% ABV, it is a light beer that you can drink all day without affecting your energy at work. The beer has a fizzy aftertaste in the mouth with very discreet flavors of spices, spelt, and hops giving it a nice balance and pleasant levels of bitterness.
Along with the Ténébreuse, Lumineuse is one of the festive beers produced for the Brotherhood Hostieux Monks of the abbey. The beer has a golden body with a nice fizzy head. Overall, it is a sparkly and crisp beer in delicate notes of malt and hops that is best for all-day sipping with friends, just as what it was made for.
Ténébreuse has subtle shades between brown and red. Having a medium 8% of alcohol level and a slightly sweet taste with a discreet hint of caramel, this is a perfect beer to drink at the end of a workday.
